    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<p> Laurie K. Olson has worked for more than 25 years in the areas of administration, data management and writing. Her interest in computers started to take a serious turn when, while on temporary assignment at IBM, she wrote the users’ manual for an in-house data-tracking software and learned to program in Turbo Pascal. From there she went on to work with data management and analysis in the area of cross-cultural adaptation, primarily with a psychometric behavioral assessment tool and ongoing follow-up data </p>
